After 20 glorious sober years, a woman expresses her gratitude
This year, thanks to my Higher Power and the Fellowship of AA, I am celebrating 20 years of continuous sobriety. To mark the occasion, I’ve listed 20 reasons I am grateful to be sober:
1 I have real relationships now. I’m married to a wonderful man I truly believe is a gift from a kind and loving God. I visit my family more often. I’ve gotten better at holding up my end of friendships.
