Chainlink Fences

On a scenic overlook, she was reminded of another night years before

I had a flashback driving home from the gym the other day. Where eastbound Clinton Keith Road ends, a nob of a dirt road begins. At the top of hill, the expanse of the Murrieta Valley is photo-worthy. The private lots are guarded by sections of barbed wire or sturdy chain fencing. I was in such a hurry to capture a certain cloud formation set perfectly above the hills in the distance, I almost drove through a barrier. I quickly stopped short, creating a little dust cloud. I just missed damaging my surf mobile and the property owner's fence.
