From the Inside Out

"Why AA in prison?" I have often heard asked. "You can't get anything to drink in there anyway." Though perhaps surprising to some folks, alcohol can be acquired in prison. And if for some reason it can't, many alcoholics will turn to other drugs that are readily available. On the other side of the coin, though, many people first hear about the program in prison. Outside prison they seldom cared enough to listen. I know. I am a prisoner.
