Navy Clinic Gets Results

LONG BEACH CALIF.--The Navy teaches many men to control their drinking within a month or two by stressing rehabilitation rather than punishment, according to Capt. Joseph J. Zuska (MC), who heads the Navy's Long Beach Alcoholic Rehabilitation Unit. "Invariably.
