Navy Clinic Gets Results
LONG BEACH CALIF.--The Navy teaches many men to control their drinking within a month or two by stressing rehabilitation rather than punishment, according to Capt. Joseph J. Zuska (MC), who heads the Navy's Long Beach Alcoholic Rehabilitation Unit. "Invariably. Navy personnel who have recovered turn out to be outstanding sailors, once again engaged in creative leadership."
