NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.--An expert in the study of alcohol and its effects has rejected as "unrealistic" the admonition ",If you drink, don't drive." Dr. Leon Green-berg, executive director of laboratory research, at the Rutgers Center of Alcohol. Studies, said he had found the caveat an empty one. He says it calls for "partial prohibition" and evades the basic problem. "A more realistic approach is to educate people by providing guidelines about what is appropriate and inappropriate drinking if a person is going to drive."
