AKRON, OHIO--William G. Kerns, who says he was under the influence of alcohol when he was injured in a swimming-pool accident at a friend's home, has sued his host for $250,000. Mr. Kerns's suit charges that Robert Cook was negligent in allowing him to swim and dive when he had been drinking.
