This book is a treasure, and the good influence to be exercised by the social workers who read, note, and comprehend the information contained in it can be incalculable.
Herman Krimmel writes well and has organized the material skillfully. The six-page bibliography lists 33 books, six pamphlets, three periodicals, and 22 selected papers--all of which, it would seem, have been read and digested. Documentations at the bottom of nearly every page afford a fine compilation of additional references.
