WASHINGTON, D.C.--The Treasury Department is preparing to compel the alcoholic-beverage industry to list additives and ingredients on the labels of beer, wine, and liquor. Regulations are being drafted, although "no target date" for completion has been set, a spokesman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms said.
