Off to an Early Start

"There is a problem of alcoholism in the young people in Spain," an AA group in the northern part of that country reports. "A grade-school teacher had to announce on the Spanish television that his small pupils were falling asleep in class. After an investigation was made, it was found out that the morning soup was spiked with wine by their mothers. It seems they have been doing this for the last 100 years. Wine is cheaper than water, and they think that it gives the children nourishment."
