OTTAWA, ONT.--A multi-million-dollar program to help native Indian and Eskimo people across Canada to combat the effects of alcohol abuse has been launched by the federal government. The program is headed by E. D. (Ted) McRae, former executive director of the British Columbia Alcoholism Foundation.
