BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA--Queenslanders have a reputation of being hard drinkers, but Thomas Reginald Jones, a 55-year-old pensioner, recently broke all existing records in the state when he was taken before a magistrate and convicted of public drunkenness for the 1,460th time.
