Another State Cracks Down

ALBANY, NEW YORK--New York State is stepping up its campaign against drunken drivers with some stiff penalties. Even first offenders will risk losing their licenses for longer than previously required by law, and anyone with three offenses in seven years will face automatic revocation of his or her license.
