GSH HAS DEVELOPED a new and simplified plan for obtaining up-to-date group information for the World Directory and headquarters records, and asks groups to cooperate: (1) The "Group Information Card" for 1958 will be mailed in December; (2) The groups will be asked to list only one group address (post-office address is preferable whenever possible); (3) If a group wishes its mail sent to an individual--an active member who will share all correspondence and Bulletin information with the group for at least a year is suggested (GSR--Secretary--or other); (4) The card will also ask for a group telephone number and an estimate of group membership.
