What's Around the Corner?
Trying to predict the future is futile for this AA
By the time you read this, spring will be here. It's around the corner as I write this story. Trees blossom, grass thickens, flowers bloom. Life regenerates. We're all accustomed to the changes. We expect them based on our past experience. It's a good thing.
I, however, being an alcoholic, usually dread what I perceive to be "around the corner." It implies a fear of the unknown, my main character defect.
