Who knew AA service work would be so rewarding?
I had only been a DCM for about three months when I received a phone call late one night from one of our GSRs who needed my advice. Although he had been unable to attend his home group’s business meeting that evening, a member had called to inform him that the group’s treasurer had reported that the money he had borrowed from the treasury—for his personal use—had been replaced, and all was fine now.
