I was at my Tuesday mens’ stag meeting celebrating my AA birthday with my wife recently. While we were waiting for the cake to be brought out, I turned to her and said, “Honey, did you ever in your wildest dreams think you’d be standing here helping me celebrate 48 years of sobriety?”
