Activities and developments outside AA in the field of alcoholism . . . an international round-up

STATE EFFORTS to control alcoholism and intemperance in Czechoslovakia were intensified in 1954 . . . The Ministry of Health issued regulations in that year for the establishment and operation of anti-alcohol stations and clinics which together with anti-alcohol departments (inpatient treatment) represent the arsenal of anti-alcohol therapeutic institutions of the Czechoslovak health services.
