William W. Moore Jr. New NCA Director
On April 1, 1968, William W. Moore Jr. will officially assume the duties of executive director of the National Council on Alcoholism, succeeding Mrs. Marty Mann, who founded the organization 24 years ago. Mr. Moore's appointment was announced at NCA's Board of Directors meeting in New York City on January 11 by the Honorable John M. Murtagh, chairman.
