Winos Demand 'Rights'
Atlanta's recently demonstrating winos are asking for help from Fulton Superior Court in order to "assert their rights," which they say city magistrates are denying them. A petition filed in superior court as a class action bears the names of 38 "indigent, homeless, chronic alcoholic residents and taxpayers of the city of Atlanta who are and will be repeatedly arrested for public intoxication."
