Is AA Changing? - 'A Desire to Stop Drinking'

I hit my bottom alone in my living room. It was a dark lonely place where there was nowhere to go and suicide seemed an inviting alternative to a life without hope. I honestly did not know what my problem was, so for a year I sought answers in the wrong places. In that year my disease rendered me totally bankrupt physically, mentally, and emotionally.
