Only one requirement

In the time I've been in AA, I've heard a number of times when people were asked to leave meetings. Recently, I heard about a boy eleven years old, who was asked to leave a meeting because members thought he was "too young" to be an alcoholic.

I'm twenty-one years old, and I'm in my third year of sobriety. When I first came around AA, I was seventeen years old. For the next one and a half years of my drinking, I was thrown out of the army, couldn't hold a job, lost all my family and friends, and lived on the streets and the highways. Then I came to AA and got sober. I had hit bottom, and I was eighteen years old.
