The Two Richest People I Ever Met

ONE OF THE TWO richest people I ever met lived in a kitchen house in a poor area of Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was nothing in the eyes of the world--but he was the greatest living example of our program in action I ever saw, and the most loving human being it has ever been my privilege to call a friend. He was not always the most lovable. If I had five British pounds for every time I felt like strangling him, I could retire. That's because he had this uncompromising way of hitting me with the truth, and to be honest, he could be an old crank at times, anyway. He certainly wasn't perfect. But he was definitely the most loving. I was meant to meet him.
