AA In A New Town

It's not the where--it's the how

After almost fifteen years in the Air Force as an enlisted man, I was called into my first sergeant's office and asked if I had a problem with alcohol. I explained why I drank a bit more than other people: my wife wouldn't follow me to my new duty station; I now lived in dormitories filled with young airmen; my car was an old wreck; I had little money available, and what I had seemed to disappear each month.
