AA World Services On the World Wide Web WWW.AA.ORG>

While the General Service Office (GSO) has always moved slowly and cautiously in the development of the AA website, www.aa.org has changed dramatically since it was launched in 1995. Originally set up as a public information tool, the website, which is overseen by AA World Services, soon grew to include information for AA members such as guidelines for groups, a directory of area and local inter-groups, and the general service offices around the world. Published in French, Spanish, and English, it receives about 4,500 visits a day. And this September, the website was expanded once again. It now features three sections: About AA, for professionals and potential members, Services for Members, and the new Archives, for AA history buffs in the Fellowship and at large.
