When I Was Sixteen, I Was Ready

I CAME INTO the program of AA when I was sixteen years old, and believe me, I was ready. My drinking had started some ten years before, at the age of six. My pilling had started at the age of nine. So you see, I'd had ample time to become an alcoholic.
