Recently, I went on a cruise in the Caribbean. For years, I'd heard friends talk about cruise ship AA meetings. On occasion, they would have an opportunity to help another alcoholic who felt "trapped" on a giant moving bar that came equipped with a gambling hall and an ice cream machine (not to mention in-laws).
