Drunk-Driving Laws Criticized
The only time to deal with the drunken driver is when he is sober, according to a leading authority on traffic-safety research. Dr. James L. Malfetti, director of the Safety Research Project at Teachers College, Columbia University, holds that failure to heed this truism has severely hampered efforts to lessen the problem of alcohol-related accidents on the highways.
