No Internal-Fuel Shortage

The president of the National Women's Christian Temperance Union looked at the nation's troubles and concluded that chief among them was not a fuel shortage, but an overabundance of alcohol. Mrs. Fred J. Tooze said that "the most worthy project for 1974 is the shutting down of breweries and distilleries and a return to soberly facing the problems before us."
