Letters to the Grapevine. . .

Dear Grapevine: I believe I was a potential alcoholic from the beginning, although I didn't actually become one until after quite a few years of drinking. I was the type that usually becomes an alcoholic. I was sort of an odd child. I had an inferiority complex. I was lonely. I didn't know how to make friends. I kept a sort of wall between myself and other people. And I took to drinking as a duck takes to water.
