A. A.'s Country-wide News Circuit

Buckeyes Get Together

The North Western Ohio Groups, which include Bellevue, Norwalk, Sandusky, Fremont, Tiffin, Milan and Port Clinton, recently had a joint session at Fremont celebrating the fifth anniversary of G.G. of Bellevue, who has been promoted to a job in Chicago. The groups gave him a pen and pencil set as remembrance, as he was the only A.A. in the area five years ago. His sponsor, Mrs. Blanche Mills of Bellevue, a nonalcoholic, was present and told of his progress. There are now about 150 members in six communities. The social nature of A.A.s was also shown when Kent, Lorain and Ravenna got 171 together for a three hour meeting and banquet at Vale Edge. There were six visitors from Akron, four from Cuyahoga Falls, and 40 from Cleveland.
