New Headquarters Properly Christened!

The New York City office of The A.A. Grapevine was moved in December from the Metropolitan clubhouse to a basement location in Greenwich Village. The very first day of our occupancy, right on the heels of the men carrying in our files and furnishings, and as soon as we had tacked our name on the door, came a knock and a request for a handout for a drink! Possibly we felt on the sentimental side that day, for he got it without a word of argument!
