Dr. Theo. E. Tetreault, psychiatrist, who has had three years service with the Army in Europe, Africa and the Philippines, discussed what he had seen of alcoholism, especially while in England, before the Kent, Ohio, Group. A delegation of 36 Kent members went to Cuyahoga Falls to help celebrate the fifth anniversary there.
