A.A.'s Country-wide News Circuit

The Calcasieu Parish Group held its first open meeting at Lake Charles, La., in July, with M. H. of Memphis as the guest speaker and 20 A.A.s and about 40 friends and relatives attending. Not only have several calls been received by the group since the meeting; the newspaper announcement of it also brought forth a couple who were formerly affiliated with the Kansas City, Kan., and Corpus Christi Groups, and didn't know of the existence of a chapter in their new home.
