<emphasis type="italic">The Precious Secret by Fulton Ousler</emphasis><lb (John C. Winston Company, $2.75)

DESCRIBED on the jacket of his book, The Precious Secret, as "Senior Editor of The Reader's Digest, for many years editor of Liberty, successful mystery writer under the name of Anthony Abbot, playwright and author of 'The Greatest Story Ever Told' radio program," Mr. Fulton Oursler also is a good friend of A.A. I will always remember being greatly moved by his talk at the Annual Dinner of 1944, the first such dinner to be held at the Hotel Commodore. At that time (as he does in one chapter of this book) Mr. Oursler displayed a thorough knowledge of the principles and methods of A.A., as well as a deep sympathy with its people and objectives.
