IN December 1948 we organized The A.A. Grapevine Club. This idea came to us from one of the Grapevine issues. Each Tuesday night at our weekly closed meeting each member pays 10¢ into the Grapevine Club. We have placed the names of all members, including those who have moved away to other groups and those who have had trouble with the Program and are not attending meetings regularly, in a box. Each Tuesday night a name is drawn and receives a one-year subscription. We hope to continue this until every member, new or old, is receiving The A.A. Grapevine. As kitty grows, we will have ample funds to renew these subscriptions as they expire.
