On Leading a "Good" Meeting

THE most attentive listener at any AA meeting is a sponsor with a fledgling member under his wing. He weighs every word by the standard of how clearly the basic idea of AA is presented--in terms his prospect can grasp. This first meeting is often the "clincher" for all the 12th Step work that has gone before.
