OUR Group has run successfully for almost three years as a Group and Club combined, but as we have grown larger it has become necessary to separate the Club from the Group. The main difficulty was that too many gripes were carried over into the AA Program. As secretary I have had an opportunity to learn a great lesson and one which I needed very much; that lesson was the importance of being tolerant of the other fellow's viewpoint. At times I have heard many gripes on both sides of many problems. This gave me a chance to get a more complete picture of the situation at hand and much to my surprise there was much to be said of the opinions of each side.
