Antabuse - A Report

THE antagonistic relationship between the new drug "Antabuse" (Tetraethylthiuramdisulphide) and alcohol was discovered in 1947 by Dr. Erik Jacobsen and Dr. Jens Hald (Pharm. D.), of Copenhagen, Denmark, in one of those fortuitous episodes which seem to punctuate all scientific research at one time or another.
