HAVING been the secretary of a group; and electing our secretary, treasurer, delegate and alternate in February, and having received the names of other secretaries of all groups, it occurred to me that if the serving officers of all groups were elected at the same time it would not only make it much easier for the General Service Headquarters in New York but would clarify matters greatly, particularly as to who is the secretary of a certain group.
