Tradition Week

Our Tradition meeting was held on Thanksgiving Day. We assigned one Tradition to each of 12 members. We gave them enough advance notice to acquaint themselves with the Tradition on which they were to speak. The meeting was different, enjoyable and educational and we felt that it was a success. Some members felt that we should have more of such meetings and it was suggested that one meeting each month could very well be devoted to the discussion of a Tradition. We open our regular meetings by reading the preamble and the 12 Steps and we have now decided to read the short form Traditions before closing each meeting.
