Tradition Week

We conducted a meeting devoted entirely to the discussion of the 12 Traditions. It was interesting to note that a number of fairly representative citizens had never heard of the Traditions. In fact about the only one which seemed to be well known was the twelfth, and that one is not always observed. The widest difference of opinion was encountered in the discussion of the First Tradition. I had thought that I knew all the answers to that Tradition but when I heard the pros and cons expressed by the other members I discovered that the old adage still holds good. . ."the truest things in life we learn, after we think we know it all."
