Dependent on Its Many Facets

IF OUR way of life may be likened to a diamond dependent for its brilliance upon its many facets then it may be meaningful to say that no AA sees more than a few of the small surfaces at a time. Carrying the analogy one step farther as we make progress in being restored to sanity it is as though the diamond--Our Way of Life--were being slowly turned to reveal ever new facets, surfaces that add to the content, the mental--emotional--spiritual healing power of Our Way. No one person is conditioned to see all its brilliance but each may catch the sparkle who has the eyes to see and the will and courage to look.
