Far Western AA

When my husband finally hit bottom. . .lost his job, had to go home to his parents in another state, I was almost as ill as he, but in a different way. I really needed a program of recovery too. I have always been a deeply religious person, believing in that all important Higher Power. I think I have been on the spiritual side of this Program for years so I could not understand why my husband would not accept the advice about his drinking that I gave him. I know now that I was not using the approach that he received when he joined AA.
