Another AA milestone! Delegates from the U.S. and Canada will gather in New York, April 20--22 for Panel No. 1 of the First General Service Conference. They will bring no mandates from their "constituents." They come neither to govern nor to be governed. They come to confer. . .and to perpetuate for all of AA the principles first proved in the individual group, then in the local area. . .maximum service with minimum organization, in the name of "the millions who don't yet know."
