Our Own Opinions

I WOULD not presume to inflict my conception of God, or my faith, on anyone, but I do feel that each and everyone of us on this Program of recovery from alcoholism must, as The Book clearly states, come to believe in a "Power greater than ourselves." We cannot, ostrich-like, hide our heads in the sand and ignore the issue if we are to attain our goal--sobriety! The sand hiding the head is no shield for the posterior.
