A Group Takes Inventory

WE'VE got a smart Program Chairman in our Group. Used to the idea of inventory with respect to himself, why, he reasoned, wouldn't a bit of inventory be good for the Group activities? Were we on the right track? Were meetings interesting? Any ideas, gripes, suggestions?
