Is It Dead?

NINETEEN times a day I guess I go by that old closet. Yes, it probably does look a little odd, boarded up and nailed up like that, the closet here in a setback at the top of the stairs, but few people ever notice it any more. I think sometimes I wouldn't notice it, ever--because I don't sometimes for days and weeks--if it didn't catch other people's eye. I see you're the noticing type, too.
