Grass Roots Opinion

IT was always easy for me to be happy and serene with people I liked but learning to overcome nervous tension around persons I disliked was a problem until I found the answer in one word, analysis. Analysis on a two way basis; first of the person I disliked and secondly of myself. I do it with questions like these, "Why is he like this?" "Is he happy this way?" and similar questions that I cannot hope to completely answer but do help me understand others better. Then I ask myself, "Isn't there some one thing you like about this person?" "What one thing do you most dislike?" "Why does this trait annoy you?" and other questions of this nature.
