WHEN we're out in the street drinking and running around, we forget all about the consequences that will befall us if we get into trouble. We don't wake up until it is too late and the steel gate of prison bangs behind us. Since the AA program has been established behind the walls of correctional institutions all over the country, we have found that although it is too late to help us in our present predicament, it is not too late to prepare for the future. For not only is AA a helping hand to a drinker, it is a way of life that any man or woman would profit by following.
