LET'S MAKE AMENDS

Let's make our amends in actions instead of words. Our oral or written apologies are needed in some cases, but apologies are tricky things. I guess a lot of us had to make an awful lot of them during our drinking days, and I think it is too easily possible to make ourselves think our apologies are sincere and truthful and by simply making the necessary gestures we feel we have cleared our consciences. You know that old stuff, "Well, I said I was sorry, what more can I do?" You've all heard it and I bet you've all said it.
